Manilynne Nicol
「 Customer Value Director 」
Manilynne Nicol is an Interior Design graduate from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila. With a strong background in technical design, she spent five years as a Project Manager at a
global architecture firm. Her keen attention to project execution and client needs led to her appointment as Feliix’s Customer Value Director.
Jack Beringuela, REE, RME
「 Lighting Value Creation Director 」
Jack Beringuela is an Electrical Engineering graduate from Technological Institute of the Philippines. He began his career in both private and government sectors before working in Dubai as a Senior Lighting Consultant specializing in retail and restaurant projects. After seven years as Senior Technical Head in Manila, he joined Feliix as the Lighting Value Creation Director.
Johmar Maximo
「 Office Space Value Creation Director 」
Johmar Maximo is an Architecture graduate of Manuel L. Quezon University in Manila. He has over fifteen years of expertise in design, construction, and project management. He started as a Design Officer at the country’s largest department store, later becoming Design Manager. He also held managerial roles in store planning and in design and development departments.
Gina Donato
「 Admin Director 」
Gina Donato is an Accountancy graduate from Arellano University. She has twelve years of auditing experience and eight years as Property Custodian for a major construction firm. Now, as Feliix’s Admin Director, she leverages her expertise in accounting, inventory, and property management to drive operational efficiency.
Maria Trinidad Parco, MA, RPsy
「 Value Delivery Director 」
Maria Trinidad Parco holds a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Psychological Services from Assumption College. A Registered Psychologist with twenty years of experience in education and corporate training, she initially served as a consultant for Feliix before becoming the company’s full-time Value Delivery Director.
Ariel Lin
「 Supply Chain Director 」
Ariel Lin holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan. She spent fourteen years as Costing Manager, gaining extensive experience in cost control, supplier management, manufacturing, and supply chain problem-solving.
