Inspired by the refreshing, classic gin and tonic cocktail, we teamed up for the second time with Headroom and renowned Filipino-British chef, Josh Boutwood, for his latest restaurant concept at EDSA Shangri-La Hotel. In contrast with Helm’s theatrical play of light and shadow, our lighting fixtures at Juniper help emphasize the warmth and earthy palette inside the restaurant, pairing perfectly with the bright and rich flavors Juniper serves. Once more, our lighting solutions help illuminate Chef Josh’s culinary vision and artistry, creating an ideal space where guests can fully immerse themselves in an elevated casual dining experience.
